At Target Media, we're bridging gap through our Always ONh (Out and Near homes) digital display panel network - strategically located screens in lift lobbies, carparks, clubhouses, dormitories, and more. To show just how impactful this network can be, we launched the "Snap & Win" campaign over Chinese New Year.

The challenge: Proving the power of proximity


With the pilot launch of our new engagement platform of Heartlanders - a hyper-local portal connecting residents to the latest deals, news, and contests near them - we needed to do more than just advertise. We wanted to:

In just four weeks, the “Snap & Win” campaign delivered real impact:


  • Over 3,200 QR scan

  • Over 4,200 unique online page views

  • Over 500 contest submissions and sign-ups

  • Over 6,000 deployed for 4 weeks


That’s real engagement - driven by smart placement, mobile interactivity, and an irresistible incentive.
