About Target Media
Target Media is Singapore’s leading Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising platform with over 18,000 digital screens strategically located across residential, commercial, and transport hubs. We specialize in delivering hyper-local, impactful advertising solutions that connect brands with their audiences in meaningful ways.
We are looking for an Account Director/Manager/Executive to grow and manage client relationships and drive impactful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
-
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of media agencies, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.

Develop a deep understanding of agency clients’ needs, objectives, and strategies to offer tailored OOH advertising solutions.

Present campaign proposals, media plans, and creative solutions to agencies in collaboration with internal teams.
Sales and Revenue Growth
-
Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned media agency accounts.

Proactively pitch new Target Media products and packages to agency planners and buyers to achieve sales targets.

Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in CRM and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
Campaign Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing) to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.

Monitor live campaigns, provide performance updates to agencies, and address any issues promptly.

Deliver post-campaign reports, including insights and recommendations, to maximize future opportunities.
Market and Industry Expertise

Stay informed on media trends, competitive landscape, and agency shifts to proactively identify new opportunities.

Educate agencies on the benefits of OOH advertising and how it complements digital and traditional media campaigns.
Relationship Building

Build strong, trusted relationships with agency planners, buyers, and key stakeholders.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent Target Media and enhance relationships with agencies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Maintain high client satisfaction scores.

Build a robust pipeline of opportunities with a focus on closing deals.

Deliver flawless campaign execution and timely reporting.
Qualifications
Experience
-
3–5 years of experience in account management, media sales, or related roles, preferably working with media agencies. Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Strong understanding of the media and advertising industry, with knowledge of OOH and programmatic advertising being an advantage.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

We are looking for a dynamic & high-performing Business Development Manager for our Singapore Team. You will be part of a Business Development team in charge of uncovering prime opportunities for our Lifestyle Media digital media screens for public audiences. The role requires an individual with confidence in external partnership management, strong coordination skills to manage the needs of both external and internal stakeholders, a strategic mind to assess commercial viability for media screens deployment, and the ability to proactively seek out and clinch opportunities in new market segments and bring on board new media channel partners.
Responsibilities:

Report to Team Lead

Identify and approach MCST/Building owners on the deployment of our media screens

Support in contract negotiations for commercial collaborations

Identify, clinch and nurture business deals through commercial partnerships that increase the reach of our digital media assets in community and commercial buildings

Coordinate with internal teams (deployment, IT, Content and Sales) for the effective operations of our media assets
-
Conduct follow-up reviews and maintain positive, professional relationship with MCST and partners to ensure continuity for deployment of assets and driving market awareness of our platform

Prepare business presentations and proposal materials

Perform relevant business analysis to demonstrate value for partners
Requirements:-
Minimum diploma
-
Good working attitude, positive and willing to learn
-
1 to 3 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, partnership or marketing functions. Those without relevant experience will be guided on the job by the team lead.

Experience in property, estate management or media advertising is preferred
-
Experience in dealing with MCST/Commercial Building Managers will be an advantage
-
Fresh graduates in relevant disciplines are welcome

Ability to speak and write well in English and Chinese
